Due to various reasons, children under the age of 10 years old are unable to attend the conference. Unfortunately this also does include infants. But, if your child is 10+ years old, and wants to attend and participate, you may register them. Everyone that enters the facility during the conference must show their proof of purchase name badge.
No. In fact, of the over 90 (hour-long) workshops offered throughout the conference only about 3-4 directly deal with Calvary Curriculum. The workshops offered deal with countless subjects from Discipline, Classroom Structure, Organization/Safety, Leadership, Teaching Preschool, Elementary, & Middle School, Special Needs, and many more subjects.
Our goal is to make the conference as inexpensive as possible for everyone to attend. We understand larger groups have a larger overhead cost for everyone but we do try to keep that in mind with our pricing. With that understanding, we do not offer special group pricing at this time.
We are unable to offer any refunds. But, you will be able to transfer your ticket by editing the name associated with the ticket by clicking on the “Find My Tickets” to the right on the registration page.

The registration fee for FRIDAY covers your attendance to the conference on Friday, which offers a time of worship, general session, 3 workshop sessions, conference booklet, name tag, coffee, and snacks.
The registration fee for SATURDAY covers your attendance to the conference on Saturday, which offers 3 general sessions, 2 times of worship, 4 workshop sessions, conference booklet,
You do NOT need to sign-up for the individual workshops ahead of time. The workshops are on a first come first serve basis on the day of the conference.
Yes, there will be both Veggie & Gluten-Free options for lunch.
You will have the option to select the sandwich you would like for your meal when you register. BUT, PLEASE NOTE that this selection is ONLY for us to determine the amount of each sandwich to order. This does NOT guarantee your selection. All sandwich selections are on a first come first serve basis. There will be limited quantities of each.

It is very important to go through the entire registration process ending with your payment. In the past some have become confused when issued Attendee #’s prior to making their payment. In 1994, Pastor Larry Enterline began coordinating Children’s Ministry Conferences at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa to help equip and encourage teachers, leaders, and pastors who minister to children. Since that time, these annual conferences have also been held at Calvary Chapel Downey, Horizon Christian Fellowship in Indianapolis, Calvary Chapel Bible Fellowship in Temecula, Revival Christian Fellowship in Menifee, and Calvary Chapel Golden Springs in Diamond Bar. Calvary Curriculum’s upcoming 2024 Children’s Ministry Conference will again be held at Calvary Chapel Golden Springs in Diamond Bar, CA (see map below).
This Children’s Ministry Conference is a ministry of Calvary Curriculum which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Calvary Curriculum equips those who minister to children throughout the world by providing Bible curriculum for Preschool through Middle School aged children and trainings for anyone involved with ministering to them. Join us for this two-day conference on February 16-17 where we will gather together as the Body of Christ to be encouraged, challenged, and equipped for the ministry of declaring the truth of the Word of God to our children and youth. You will have the opportunity to attend workshops that will strengthen you in evangelizing and discipling children and youth in settings such as within the church, through outreach, in your own home, and wherever else you might minister to them.
We are blessed to have Dalton O’Neal, Pastor Art Reyes, Pastor John Randall, and Pastor Larry Enterline teaching the general sessions on Friday & Saturday. All four have incredible hearts for children and hearts for those who serve in Children’s Ministries.

During both days of the conference you will be able to attend 7 hour-long workshops (3 on Friday and 4 on Saturday) from a choice of 95+ workshops.
*These WORKSHOPS are subject to change. When you check-in at the conference you will receive a booklet with all the updated workshops.

The CCCMC24 LIVE STREAM has a small fee ($10 for Individual/Household -or- $100 for Church/Group) associated with the ENGLISH LIVE STREAM.
The LIVE STREAM includes both days of the conference that take place in the Sanctuary (4 General Sessions & Worship, 7 hour-long Workshops w/ Handouts, and the conference booklet. The LIVE stream feed is only what takes place in the Sanctuary portion of the conference. But, if you attend the conference in person you will have a choice of 95+ workshops to choose from.
*You will be able to purchase tickets for the live stream all the way through the conference.
The company we utilize for streaming does not allow playback after the event. So, you will ONLY be able to watch the LIVE stream during the conference as it is going on from Friday at 12:00pm (PST) to 5:00pm (PST) AND Saturday from 8:00am (PST) to 5:30pm (PST). You will NOT be able to watch the LIVE stream after the stream ends.
But, barring any issues, about a month after the conference you will be able to view both days of the conference in the ACADEMY section on Calvary Curriculum. You will need a Calvary Curriculum yearly membership for this though.
The conference live stream is only what takes place in the Sanctuary portion of the conference on Friday at 12:00pm (PST) to 5:00pm (PST) AND Saturday from 8:00am (PST) to 5:30pm (PST). It includes the 4 General Sessions, Worship, and the 7 hour-long Workshops.
During lunch, breaks, and in-between workshops times there will be interviews, videos, and other content.

If you purchased an Individual/Household live stream ticket simply follow below instructions and refer to your confirmation email from your ticket purchase.
If you purchased a Church/Group live stream ticket you can watch it as a group at your facility -OR- forward the email you receive (see below) to your church/group members (up to 25) and they will be able to access the live stream using the instructions below.
