In the early 1990’s, Pastor Larry Enterline began coordinating Children’s Ministry Conferences at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa to help equip and encourage teachers, leaders, and pastors who minister to children. Since that time, these annual conferences (20+ conferences) have also been held at Calvary Chapel Downey, Horizon Christian Fellowship in Indianapolis, Calvary Chapel Bible Fellowship in Temecula, Revival Christian Fellowship in Menifee, and Calvary Chapel Golden Springs in Diamond Bar. Calvary Curriculum’s upcoming 2020 Children’s Ministry Conference will again be held at Calvary Chapel Golden Springs in Diamond Bar, CA (see map below).
You will have the opportunity to watch this conference LIVE on both Friday & Saturday. The LIVE feed will be limited to the sanctuary which includes worship, 4 main sessions, and 7 workshops.
*Those attending the conference will have access to over 110 workshops in both English and Spanish and everything else described on this page.
The conference will again be held in both English and Spanish and exists in order to encourage and equip teachers, leaders, and pastors as they minister to children in Jesus’ name.
Over the course of the 2 days at the conference you will be able to attend 7 workshop sessions from a choice of 95 English workshops AND 22 Talleres de español. On Friday you will be able to attend 3 workshop sessions. On Saturday you will be able to attend 4 workshop sessions. CLICK-HERE to see full schedule.
These workshops are taught by pastors, leaders, and teachers who are actively a part of ministry.
*NEW* English Youth Workshops
There will be a YOUTH track for all 7 session times featuring 7 different hour-long workshops relating to Middle School & High School. You will also be able to attend many other workshops which can apply to youth ministry if you desire.
For Spanish speakers, the 3 General Sessions and 4 workshops will be live translated in the sanctuary with the worship in English. The Spanish live feed will be accessible in the following three ways.

The registration fee for FRIDAY covers your attendance to the conference on Friday which offers a time of worship, general session, 3 workshop sessions, conference booklet, name tag, coffee, and snacks (See below for schedule).
The registration fee for SATURDAY covers your attendance to the conference on Saturday which offers the 2 general sessions, 2 times of worship, 4 workshop sessions, conference booklet, name tag, coffee, breakfast snacks, snacks, and lunch from Corner Bakery Cafe (See above for schedule). The box lunch includes: a sandwich (CLICK-HERE for options), cavatappi pasta salad, cookie, potato chips, fresh fruit medley, pickle spear, and a drink.

It is very important to go through the entire registration process ending with your payment. In the past some have become confused when issued Attendee #’s prior to making their payment. You are NOT registered until payment have been processed and you receive an email confirmation. If you have questions or concerns, please email us.
Our goal is to make the conference as inexpensive as possible for everyone to attend. We understand larger groups have a larger overhead cost for everyone but we do try to keep that in mind with our pricing. With that understanding, we do not offer special group pricing at this time.
Yes, we will be LIVE broadcasting the conference. This live broadcast will include all events that take place in the main sanctuary, which will be 3 general sessions, worship, and 7 workshop sessions. More information will be posted at the end of Janurary, such as which workshops will be featured live online.
If you join us in person at the conference, you will be able to choose 7 workshops to attend from a choice of 90+ workshops, along with everything else described on this page.
We are sorry but there is no childcare available for this conference. But, if your child (age 10+) wants to attend and participate you may register them.
We are unable to offer any refunds. But, you will be able to transfer your ticket to someone else by clicking on the “Edit Existing Tickets” to the right on the registration page.
You will need to bring your PRINTED TICKET which you will receive via your email confirmation. Once you sign in you will receive wristbands reflecting which day(s) you have purchased tickets for.
