The Attributes of God & Songs That Teach
During past conference workshops, Darlene Theis has presented “The Attributes of God” and “Songs That Teach”. Because these two workshops have blessed many over the years we have decided to combine them into one fun filled time together as you participate with her. Children learn over 33 Key Attributes, through song and the alphabet easily and permanently. At the end of this workshop …you will have them memorized too… along with more visualized songs that teach many Bible stories and truths! Even non- singers are blessed!

Prioritizing Bible Proficiency in your Ministry
God’s Word is the greatest weapon and tool we have, and yet many of our children do not see its value or do not know how to use it. In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of focusing our time on training children to use their Bibles. You will learn how to teach children to navigate God’s Word, implement Bible reading plans and start a Bible memory program. The Lord has given us His Word, so let’s be faithful in teaching this vital skill.

Apologetics for Kids (4th- 6th Grade)
As kids grow in their faith, they start to ask big questions that may be intimating for teachers. Leaders will learn the importance of teaching children apologetics and creating a question-safe atmosphere, as well as how to equip kids with the tools they need to defend their faith and answer these big questions. Both teachers and students can be confident that their faith is founded on fact and use this information to be a light to the lost world around them. Topics Include: “How do we know God exists?” “How do we know the Bible is true?” “How do we know Jesus is God?” “Is evolution real?” and more. This course is most suitable for 4th -6th grade.

Child abuse and leader misconduct is rampant in the world today. Are you doing everything you can to ensure that wolves do not end up as leaders and given access to vulnerable children? Discover new ways to weed out predators before they ever step foot into a classroom. This workshop will provide proven policies and procedures that will make your children’s ministry safe and secure.
